Caroline Eubanks is a freelance writer and travel blogger originally from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. She spent a year living and working in Australia before returning to her hometown. She's written about her love of The South for Afar, BBC Travel, Roads and Kingdoms, Thrillist, and National Geographic Traveler. Her website, thisismysouth.com, focuses on travel and stories from the Southern United States and was named one of Southern Living's "Blogs to Follow in 2015." Her work can be viewed on her website. Her first book, This Is My South: The Essential Travel Guide to the Southern States, was published in 2018. She won two Lowell Thomas awards, the highest honor in the field, for her book and website.
